Position: Construction Estimator
Company Overview:
Our client is an US-based software aggregator that uses AI and machine learning to build scalable and intelligent web solutions for US users.
This is a
3-month project-based remote position, with the
potential to be converted into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The main responsibility of the role is to use our provided software to draw lines and create accurate estimates for construction projects. The ability to speak English is preferred, as you will be communicating with clients and team members on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use our provided software to create detailed construction estimates for various projects
- Communicate with team members to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
- Finished the job with minimum supervision and within the agreed timeline
Qualifications:
- Junior-level or fresh graduate with interest in construction estimation
- Familiarity with construction plans and specifications is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
