- Coordinate with subcontractors, project engineers, and other key stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit technical site reports and quality documentation.
- Follow detailed technical instructions from senior engineers and site supervisors, building toward greater responsibility over time.
- Complete an initial, intensive 1-year professional Japanese language training track in Tangerang prior to global deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience on-site within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of hands-on experience at construction sites, rather than office-bound design work.
- Fluent and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Early-to-mid career professionals preferred.
- Willing and able to fully commit to daily attendance and commuting to Tangerang for the initial 1-year intensive language program.
- Able to meet client's workplace appearance and grooming standards required in Japan.
- High discipline and excellent attendance records.
What's on Offer

- Visa sponsorship and flight ticket to Japan provided.
- Company-arranged accommodation support upon placement in Japan (cost-sharing arrangement).
- A clear, structured career pathway from Assistant Chief Engineer to Chief Engineer to Construction Manager.
