Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Concierge Officer with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree from any major are welcome to apply.
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point.
• Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Technology savvy.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Well-groomed.
• Pleasant personality.

Job Descriptions:

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia's promotional programs and activities.
• Administer G CARD transactions
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate & prompt solutions.
