About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Supervisor to ensure that our organization adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance activities, developing policies, and providing guidance to ensure alignment with internal standards and external regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the company's compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce internal policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
- Monitor and audit operations to identify and address compliance issues proactively.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with compliance objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially in the FMCG or related industries.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in leading audits or investigations is a plus.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
- Familiarity with compliance standards in the Indonesian legal framework is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity and a proactive approach to managing compliance risks.
