- Create database for regulation and compliance for Indonesia and International for several category.
- Lead and conduct risk assessment and auditing to identify vulnerabilities, internal audits and evaluating compliance effectiveness.
- Liaison role, serving as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities and external auditors. For e.g BPOM, BPJH, LPPOM and etc.
- Conduct Halal and Kosher product certification implementation.
- Create Database and compilation of HS Code requirements.
- Training & educating staff / external on regulatory requirements, ethical standard and compliance procedure.
- Regulatory monitoring, staying up to date with new laws and industry standard.
- Creating, implementing and updating internal policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance.
- All relevant data compilation and information will serve to support customer product development and innovation in selected countries.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Science or related field.
- Regulatory knowledge and compliance for both Indonesia and Local.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and regulatory role preferably within palm oil, fats & oils, or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulation knowledge principle in palm oil industry.
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of food manufacturing processes.
- Have HACCP /GMP / ISO Certification.
- Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively across functions.
- Willing to be placed in Marunda and willing to travel.
