  • Support social compliance audits and prepare required documents
  • Organize payroll, attendance, and personnel records
  • Assist during on-site audits and employee interviews
  • Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
  • Monitor working hours, wages, overtime, and compliance
  • Ensure employee records and contracts are up to date
  • Conduct internal checks to identify compliance gaps
  • Support corrective action plans and track progress
  • Coordinate with HR, production, and EHS teams
  • Assist with employee training and communication programs
  • Maintain compliance records and prepare reports
  • Update policies and procedures when needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in social compliance or HR
  • Familiar with BSCI / SMETA / WRAP / SA8000 (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Good documentation and data management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work under audit pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset
