Compliance Officer

Location: Kudus, Central Java

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Ability to conduct compliance monitoring, compliance reviews, and gap analysis across multiple business units.
• Familiar with regulatory monitoring, licensing, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to prepare compliance reports, findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct compliance monitoring visits to subsidiaries/business units when required.

Qualification

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good ability to research, interpret, and monitor changes in laws and regulations.
• Able to identify potential compliance risks and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with various levels of management and business units.
• Able to monitor and follow up on corrective actions and compliance findings.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-business environment.
• Experience in holding companies, multi-site operations, or multiple business industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, internal audit, risk management, or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) is a plus.
• Experience working across different industries such as manufacturing, garment, fisheries, or other industrial sectors is an advantage.
