Lead and support the application and ongoing maintenance of credit scoring licenses and other applicable FINTECH-related business licenses across jurisdictions where Ant Group operates.
Lead, maintain, and implement compliance programs covering key regulatory obligations, risk assessments, new regulations, and regulatory reporting.
Embed the Ant International Compliance Framework within business operations and engage internal stakeholders effectively.
Drive the regulatory engagement agenda, acting as the primary point of contact with regulators, including coordinating any on-site inspections as required.
Promote and implement a strong compliance culture by conducting internal training and education programs regularly.
Partner closely with Legal, Compliance (including AML and Privacy), and Risk Management teams to support Ant International's business operations.
Contribute to Ant Group International Compliance initiatives by:
Developing and enhancing compliance policies and procedures.
Coordinating with other teams to manage and respond to regulatory matters (e.g., AML/Sanctions, data privacy, consumer protection).
Supporting risk assessments and compliance program implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Law, Finance, or equivalent work/legal experience.
7-10 years of relevant compliance, regulatory, or similar experience.
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge and skills.
Knowledge of FINTECH, credit scoring, multi-finance, financial services licensing, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in financial, lending, or payments services is preferred.
Direct engagement experience with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) or Bank Indonesia (e.g., license applications, regulatory reporting, or on-site inspection coordination) is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.
