his role is responsible for supporting Anti-Fraud Strategy and AML/CFT (APU PPT) with a strong focus on and in compliance with OJK regulations and applicable laws.
The position will also support enterprise risk governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth by ensuring effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of financial crime and operational risks.
- Design and enhance Anti-Fraud strategies relevant to P2P lending platforms.
- Support the implementation of APU PPT programs in line with OJK regulations and FATF standards.
- Identify emerging fraud typologies and assess the effectiveness of preventive and detective controls.
- Prepare risk and compliance reports for management, committees, and regulators.
- Review and contribute to anti-fraud, AML/CFT, and other governance/regulatory policies and procedures.
- Successful candidate is expected to be involved in ERM, Compliance Activities, Regulatory Assessment, Regulatory inspections, audits, and follow-up actions with OJK and other authorities.
- Act as a risk advisory partner to business, product, and operations teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Laws (S.H.), preferably majoring in Business or Civil Law;
- Professional certifications such as CFE or FRM or equivalent is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Anti-Fraud (Developing fraud strategies, managing case investigations, submitting reports to regulatory or other external bodies, and related activities), AML/CFT (Designing AML/CFT strategies, conducting transaction analysis, processing alerts, and preparing regulatory reports) within financial services, financial technology, or P2P lending.
- In compliance, legal, and risk management will be considered as a major plus.
