  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare compliance reports for OJK regulatory authorities, detailing the company's adherence to laws and regulations
  • Submit required filings and documentation to regulators as need
  • Ensure that these policies are communicated and followed across all departments
  • Review transaction and business processes regularly to detect non-compliance issues
  • Follow up on the results of compliance audits.
  • Build relationships with the government and other stakeholders.
  • Familiar with APOLO, SLIK and SELARAS is mandatory

Requirements

  • Bachelore Degree in law or major that relates
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Compliance
  • Experience in Bank, or Fintech industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to do field work
