OCBC Bank Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Compliance Advisor to serve as the key liaison with regulators, ensure strict compliance, and drive a culture of integrity within our organization.
You will act as the bridge between our bank and key regulators (primarily BI), ensuring that our policies, systems, and operations align with the latest regulatory standards. You will not only monitor changes but actively interpret, socialize, and implement them across business and support functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Monitoring: Continuously track and analyze new or amended regulations from Bank Indonesia and OJK.
- Liaison & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for BI, managing correspondence, commitments, and accompanying supervisors during inspections.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Business Unit and Special Functions Unit to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Advisory & Analysis: Provide compliance opinions and advisory services on internal policies, systems and banking operations.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze and mitigate compliance risks within your scope, ensuring preventive measures are in place.
- Socialization: Conduct training and sessions to ensure relevant teams understand and apply new regulations correctly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or related fields.
- Strong & proven experience in Compliance at Banking Industry
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) for liaison duties.
- High integrity, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
