What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in FMCG or similar industry
- Strong understanding of BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, employee insurance, payroll administration, and current labor regulations
- Experienced in handling medical claims and employee benefits administration
- Proficient in using HRIS, especially Talenta
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work from office (WFO) in BSD
What You Will Do
- Administer BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for all employees, including registration, monthly reporting, and claims handling
- Manage employee insurance administration and medical claims processes
- Ensure company compliance with government regulations related to compensation, social security, taxation, and labor law
- Oversee implementation and communication of employee benefits programs
- Maintain and update employee data and transactions in HRIS (Talenta), including attendance, leave, payroll, and organizational structure
- Handle business travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees
- Assist in internal and external audits while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and employee services
