Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of salary structures, job grading, and pay ranges for corporate, warehouse, and operational roles
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), allowances, and other company benefits
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding benefits enrollment, claims, and renewals
  • Support benefits communication to employees, including onboarding and policy updates
  • Monitor benefits utilization and recommend improvements based on employee needs and cost effectiveness
  • Prepare payroll-related data such as salary changes, allowances, incentives, and deductions
  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Support audits related to payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefits documentation
  • Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS accurately
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
  • Provide clear explanations of compensation components, benefits coverage, and policies

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or Payroll
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, startup, or fast-growing companies is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and HRIS systems (Talenta)
  • Good understanding of labor laws, BPJS, and payroll components
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and confidential in handling employee data
  • Experience handling large operational headcount
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
