Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Create, develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and job classifications
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Analyze job roles and create equitable compensation strategies
  • Perform other assignments delegated by the HR Division Head
  • Administer job analysis of all positions, including the maintenance of evaluation tools and design and coordination of procedures
  • Oversee payroll and employee benefits programs
  • Handle retirement, termination, and resignation calculations

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years in compensation and benefits management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations
  • Analytical skills to conduct salary reviews and cost-benefit analysis
  • Strong data analytics and attentiveness to details
  • Proficiency in payroll processes and PPh 21 tax calculations
  • Knowledge of Brevet A & B (certification will be a plus)
  • Expertise in utilizing HR systems, such as Talenta or similar platforms
  • Advanced skills in Ms. Excel, particularly for payroll calculations and data analysis
  • Willing to be placed at Cakung, Jakarta Utara
