Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits to lead our compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on salary structure, benefits review, salary proposals, and incentive schemes have a deep on analyzing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, preferably with experience in HRIS implementation (especially on Talenta).


  • Develop and maintain competitive and equitable salary structures to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking analyses to assess and adjust salary ranges as needed.
  • Prepare and present salary proposals to senior management for approval, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to negotiate competitive rates and ensure the effectiveness of benefit programs.
  • Develop and implement incentive schemes and bonus programs to motivate and reward employees for achieving performance goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with department heads to establish performance metrics and eligibility criteria for incentive payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing compensation, benefits, and payroll practices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on salary structure design, benefits administration, and incentive scheme development.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
