  1. Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including overtime, deductions, allowances, BPJS, and PPh 21 calculations.
  2. Manage and maintain employee data, HRIS, and employment documentation accurately.
  3. Prepare payroll reports, attendance reports, and other HR operational reports.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Legal, and HRBP) to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  5. Support payroll reconciliation and ensure all payroll processes are compliant with company policy and regulations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  3. Strong understanding of payroll calculation, including manual payroll processing.
  4. Experienced in handling PPh 21 calculation and tax reporting (Coretax knowledge is a plus).
  5. Familiar with BPJS administration and Indonesian labor regulations.
  6. Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; familiarity with Talenta is preferred.
  7. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  8. High attention to detail, analytical, and accurate in handling payroll data
  9. Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  10. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
