Job Description

As an HR Operations Team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations by coordinating payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and assisting with compensation processes to deliver accurate and efficient HR services.

What will you do

Payroll & Compliance

  • Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating with Payroll and People Administration teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in statutory compliance activities, including BPJS administration, reporting, and required government submissions.
  • Prepare compensation and payroll-related data for audits and internal reporting.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including BPJS, private insurance, allowances, and other company benefits.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and external vendors for enrollments, claims, renewals, and employee inquiries.
  • Monitor benefits utilization and maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.

Compensation Support

  • Support salary benchmarking, market data analysis, and compensation reviews.
  • Assist in annual salary review, promotion, merit increase, and other compensation adjustment processes.
  • Ensure compensation changes are accurately reflected in HRIS and payroll systems.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Support the review and improvement of Compensation & Benefits policies, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Participate in HR initiatives, including HRIS enhancements and process improvement projects.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to support Compensation & Benefits processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth day-to-day C&B operations.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, or a related HR function.
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, payroll processes, and employee benefits.
  • Experience supporting salary review, compensation analysis, or benefits administration is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel); experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when partnering with HR, Finance, vendors, and employees.
  • Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments is a plus.
  • Available for a 5-month contract to support maternity leave coverage.
