Bali Safari Park is looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Compensation & Benefit Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct job evaluations and salary structure analysis
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee payroll processes and employee welfare programs
- Provide strategic recommendations on reward and recognition initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong understanding of job evaluation, salary structure, and payroll systems (Sunfish)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali
