We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team at PT Euroasiatic Jaya in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining overall compensation and benefits scheme for the company, including end to end payroll, market benchmark, compliance to labor laws, salary compensation, and work related to monetary values.
Job Summary.
- Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefit program, salary structure, bonuses and allowances,
- Conduct job analysis, salary surveys, and market benchmark to ensure competitive compensation.
- Ensure all compensation and benefit policies and programs comply with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Inform employee and management about compensation and benefit program, policies and procedure.
- Manage end-to-end payroll, tax, and BPJS.
- Maintaining and utilize HR system
- Handling all administrative documents involving compensation, benefits, and other monetary values.
- Other responsibilities in relation to Compensation & Benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree with minimum 5 years&apos experience in a compensation and benefits role.
- Competence in relevant HR software and data analysis tools. Preferably proficient in TALENTA HRIS.
- Understand about UU Ketenagakerjaan, PPH-21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and relevant labor laws.
- Familiarity with HR principles, compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant labor legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees, management, and external parties at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities and manage programs effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
