Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll administration, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
• Preferably in a retail company or F&B company.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience with HRIS and accounting software.
• Strong experience with payroll processing, tax filings and compliance.
