Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll review, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs, including salary structure and scale, job grading, annual salary review, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
  • Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies and workforce costs.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with proven experience managing end-to-end C&B processes.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, salary benchmarking, annual increment, bonus, and incentive programs.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll practices, taxation, and social security (BPJS).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in designing or reviewing compensation structures and remuneration policies will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawaci - Tangerang
