Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll review, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs, including salary structure and scale, job grading, annual salary review, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies and workforce costs.
Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with proven experience managing end-to-end C&B processes.
Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, salary benchmarking, annual increment, bonus, and incentive programs.
Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll practices, taxation, and social security (BPJS).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in designing or reviewing compensation structures and remuneration policies will be an advantage.
