About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Community Manager to lead the acquisition and management of affiliates and resellers for our company. The role is critical in driving revenue growth by expanding our reseller and affiliate network, ensuring strong engagement, and enabling their success in promoting our products. You will play a key role in building a vibrant community that contributes to the overall sales and revenue goals of the company

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and resellers to grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and resellers to maximize their engagement and performance
  • Monitor and track the performance of affiliates and resellers against defined revenue targets
  • Provide training, support, and resources to affiliates and resellers to help them effectively promote and sell the company's products.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports on community growth, revenue contributions, and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to support affiliate and reseller efforts
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize the affiliate and reseller programs for better efficiency and results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in community management, affiliate marketing, or reseller management
  • Strong understanding of affiliate and reseller acquisition strategies and engagement techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven recommendations to meet revenue targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and affiliate marketing platforms is a plus

Requirements

  • Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple affiliates and resellers simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and community growth
  • Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community success
  • Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga and collaborate effectively with the team.
