MOONTON is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to create a significant player experience within the various segments of the grassroots player base across Indonesia. The role of the Community Ecosystem Development Manager will act as a trailblazer for innovation, forging new pathways within the MLBB ecosystem to engage emerging grassroots user segments across Indonesia; delivering impactful and fresh experiences to our community, in line with the company's and brand's principles and objectives:
- We require candidates with 3-5 years of experience; proven knowledge and intuition in community management, marketing, multi-region offline event/on-ground project management, along with an agile mindset for business growth
- It is highly desirable if the candidate has a background in following industries: FMCG, F&B, regional-sales management, game-community with experience targeting young/teens customers.
- The candidate should be capable of managing a large userbase with a customer-service orientation and will be a plus point if he/she has experience in government relations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the opening of a new market with consistent aligned values; maintain existing user bases using target-market relevant strategies, such as localized engagement initiatives and brand-aligned content.
- Optimize cross-stakeholder communication and player engagement, resolve implementation obstacles arising from different stakeholders.
- Plan and execute activities with measurable milestones and predefined targets, with the long-term aim of fostering loyalty, trust, and alignment with the brand's core values; hence integrate with player base lifestyle.
- Analyze target audience's metrics, provide actionable insights, and formulate strategic plans for community scalability and growth in terms of expanding to new segments, increasing engagement capacity.
- Leverage existing resources to address local market conditions and player needs; matching project expansion and operational purpose.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies across various channels, including social media activation, locally-driven and grassroots-oriented means to achieve an optimal involvement rate.
- Support ad-hoc projects that require business-driven insights, related to game publishing, and are targeted at core grassroots players.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (Mandarin is an advantage!)
- Minimum Bachelor degree; open to candidates from all majors – we appreciate diverse backgrounds
- An avid gamer, particularly with a strong interest and in-depth understanding of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
- A fast learner and creative thinker, willing to take on challenging tasks
- Possess high adaptability skills and can adjust to various situations and diverse individuals across various occupational backgrounds
- Data-driven, strategic thinker, and detail-focused
- Skilled in time management, task prioritization, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented
