Community Development Intern

Location: Hybrid – South Jakarta (WFO 2x/week)

Duration: 3–6 months

Job Requirements:

1. Final semester student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Communication, Psychology, Management, or International Relations).
2. Strong interest in community development, communication, and social interaction.
3. Familiar with social media and digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion, Canva, Zoom).
4. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
5. Creative, proactive, and enjoys engaging with people.
6. Open to learning and receptive to feedback.

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in managing and growing IGN's alumni community across Apps, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
2. Build positive two-way communication with alumni and active participants.
3. Create and implement engagement programs such as discussion sessions, alumni spotlights, community challenges, etc.
4. Help develop community content (captions, emails, feeds, reels) to strengthen engagement and sense of belonging.
5. Conduct research on global community trends that can be adapted for IGN's community.
6. Support community events such as alumni gatherings, webinars, or training sessions.
7. Analyze feedback and prepare weekly engagement reports.
