Community Associate

Job Summary 

Ace Padel Club is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Community Associate to support and grow our padel community across our branches at Ace Padel Club Karawaci and Ace Padel Club Cirebon.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organizing events and is passionate about building communities. You'll be on the ground executing community programs, tournaments, and member activations that bring the Ace Padel Club experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute community engagement programs and padel events end-to-end.
• Plan and run tournaments, social events, mixers, and member activations across branches.
• Manage community communication channels (WhatsApp groups, Reclub, social media).
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with members, coaches, and partners.
• Gather member feedback and help ensure a positive, welcoming community experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to support brand activities and member retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related is a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in event organizing or community management.
• Strong execution skills, comfortable running events on the ground.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Background in sports or padel events is a plus.
• Actively using Reclub for padel is a plus.
• Energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about community building.
• Domicile or familiarity with Karawaci / Cirebon area preferred.
