Community & Production Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a Community & Production Coordinator to take full ownership of HANDEP's production line and artisan community coordination. This is a core operational role that sits at the intersection of planning, execution, and relationship management.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production lifecycle; from forecasting and production planning, through coordination with artisans, vendors, and logistics partners, until products are successfully delivered to the store. At the same time, this role acts as the key point of contact for HANDEP's artisan community, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and long-term collaboration.
This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role that requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and comfort operating with many moving parts at once.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management (End-to-End)
- Own production forecasting, planning, and scheduling
- Coordinate closely with artisans, vendors, and external partners
- Manage production budgets and ensure accurate cost forecasting
- Oversee execution from production start until products are received at the store
- Coordinate shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery
- Track production progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple parties
- Prepare production reporting and updates for internal stakeholders
Community Management (Artisans)
- Act as the main point of contact for HANDEP's artisan community
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with artisans
- Coordinate production timelines and expectations with community members
- Support community-related activities connected to production and collaboration
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between artisans and internal teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with General Manager, Product Design, Sales Associates, vendors, and artisans
- Translate design and commercial needs into executable production plans
- Ensure production realities are well-communicated internally
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in production management, operations, supply chain, or community-based production
- Proven experience managing end-to-end processes with multiple stakeholders
- Strong planning, coordination, communication and execution skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and operational details
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel priorities
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working with artisan communities or craft-based production is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

- Timely delivery of products to the store, in good condition
- Accuracy of production cost forecasting and budget control
- Smooth coordination across artisans, vendors, and logistics partners
- Operational reliability and execution quality across the production line
