About Corporate Communications

The Corporate Communications department plays a key role in managing the company's internal and external communications to maintain a strong and consistent brand image. It is responsible for protecting the company's reputation, ensuring alignment of messaging across all channels, and building trust with stakeholders. The department also supports business objectives through strategic communication planning, media relations, and effective storytelling.

About the role

Drive integrated communications strategies across Internal Communications, Communities, Partnerships, and ESG by applying strong critical thinking to align communications with DANA's business and reputation goals. Lead strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and team development to deliver measurable organizational impact.

You'll be working on:

  • Lead integrated communications strategies across Internal Communications, Communities, Partnerships, and ESG initiatives to strengthen engagement and brand reputation.
  • Oversee the successful execution of flagship programs, including SisBerdaya, DisBerdaya, and SobatDANA.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and initiatives, including Townhall, Monday Demo, DANA Space (internal website), etc.
  • Ensure effective budget planning and governance across Internal Communications, Communities, Partnerships, and ESG programs.
  • Ensure the Communications Team achieves Learning Hours as per the set targets.
  • Lead Company Visit programs and speaking engagements to enhance strategic partnerships and brand visibility.

  • Develop and manage educational partnerships that advance financial literacy and financial wellbeing initiatives.
  • Strengthen partner retention and engagement to minimize regret turnover.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve operational efficiency through effective monitoring and reduction of operational loss rates.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture aligned with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in communications, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated communications strategies across conventional and digital channels.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills as well as problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make 360-degree strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry, esp. FinTech, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
