- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement on Facebook.
- Online Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on the Facebook page to foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
