Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Surabaya. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing tailored solutions to meet client trading needs, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional tasks include conducting market research, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role may also involve contributing to promotional and networking events to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including client prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, or a willingness to learn
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Proficiency in using productivity and communication tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, finance, or brokerage is a plus
