Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in Surabaya. The individual will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new leads, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to strategize and execute effective sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions
- Time management and organizational abilities for prioritizing tasks and managing a pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and result-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a strong advantage
