Job Description

As ATI continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can help strengthen how we think about commercial strategy, pricing, service positioning, and scalable growth.

This role exists to bridge the gap between commercial ambition and structured commercial execution. We need someone who can challenge ideas, bring structure into commercial initiatives, and ensure decisions are backed by clear business logic, operational feasibility, and long-term value.

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy Manager to support ATI's Commercial Partnership function in shaping stronger commercial decision-making, scalable service offerings, and more strategic client growth initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and support ATI's commercial strategy across service offerings, pricing models, partnership programs, and client growth initiatives
  • Challenge Partnership Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure commercial plans are supported by strong rationale, data, feasibility, and business impact
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Partnership teams to support pricing strategy, margin logic, service complexity assessment, and client value positioning
  • Project manage new commercial offerings from concept to rollout, including scope definition, ownership, pricing logic, operational readiness, and implementation planning
  • Improve and standardize ATI's global QBR framework to ensure client reviews become commercially meaningful and strategically valuable
  • Support tender, RFP, and proposal responses by strengthening ATI's commercial positioning, solution strategy, and pricing rationale
  • Assess commercial risks and growth opportunities across existing accounts, new services, renewals, and strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate alignment discussions across Partnership, Operations, Finance, IT, and leadership teams to ensure initiatives are realistic and executable
  • Develop business cases, commercial frameworks, and decision-support materials for strategic projects
  • Provide market and competitor insights to improve ATI's offerings, positioning, and commercial approach
  • Help establish commercial governance practices, including pricing logic, deal review standards, service feasibility assessment, and strategic initiative tracking

Is this you


  • Fluent in English
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, commercial operations, pricing strategy, business strategy, strategic partnerships, account growth, or strategic project management
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking capability with the ability to challenge assumptions and interpret business data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Partnerships, Operations, Finance, IT, or leadership teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where frameworks and processes may need to be built from scratch
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and practical execution
  • Experience in BPO, managed services, consulting, SaaS, travel operations, or other service-based industries
  • Exposure to pricing models, commercial finance, margin analysis, or market benchmarking
  • Experience supporting strategic proposals, tenders, RFPs, QBR frameworks, or commercial transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with commercial governance frameworks, pricing templates, or deal review processes
  • Exposure to account growth planning, client portfolio strategy, or commercial excellence functions
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence gathering or market research
