Job Description:

  • Identifying areas of growth, developing and executing initiatives to drive enhanced performance and commercial impact
  • Liaising closely with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to address the key issues and develop actionable solutions
  • Understanding marketing, business development and other commercial key objectives and critical success levers and continuously optimizing strategies, designs, reporting and planning processes
  • Working tactfully to inspire faster adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of the project outcomes
  • The role may specialize in one of these domain areas: Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands and Seller management


Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a high-performing organization or as a management consultant. Previous experience in internet/e-commerce marketing, retail, or FMCG marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in complex project management.
  • Fluency in English is required, an additional Southeast Asian language (optional) is beneficial for effective communication with regional market stakeholders
