Job Description:

  • Collect and analyze sales data by region, brand, and channel and to monitor performance against targets
  • Support pricing simulations and evaluate the impact of excise changes on sales and profitability
  • Analyze price elasticity and monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide recommendations for price adjustments
  • Review marketing investment to measure their effectiveness and ROI
  • Prepare regular business performance reports and dashboards for management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align on forecasts and action plans
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal and external sources

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial planning, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or tobacco
  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with Indonesia's excise and pricing regulations is a plus
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
