Job Description

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Commercial, Business Development, MICE, Event Management, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related industries.
  • Proven experience developing event concepts, incentive trips, tours, and experiential programs.
  • Strong ability to translate client briefs and business objectives into compelling, relevant, and commercially viable concepts.
  • Experienced in developing event/tour concepts, program flows, itineraries, experience journeys, and supporting activities.
  • Able to develop concepts into structured, persuasive, and commercially driven proposals.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Able to conduct market, destination, competitor, and trend research to support concept development.
  • Strong commercial sense, with the ability to balance creativity, client needs, budget, feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and deadline management.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Creative, Operations, Product, Finance, and external partners.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and proposal/presentation development tools.
  • Strong English communication skills are preferred.
  • Portfolio of event/MICE proposals or experiential concepts is highly preferred.
  • Willing to work weekends or outside regular working hours based on business and project requirements.
