Role Description

The Commercial Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in BSD, Tangerang Indonesia. This role is responsible for driving commercial equipment sales by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with key decision-makers, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle.

Daily activities include conducting on-site visits, preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions. The Commercial Sales Specialist also follows up on leads, maintains accurate sales pipelines and reports, supports contract negotiations, and ensures a high level of customer service and post-sales support to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills with experience in consultative Sales and New Business Development
Ability to create and deliver compelling Sales Presentations tailored to commercial clients
Customer-focused mindset with proven Customer Service capabilities
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging diverse stakeholders
Previous experience in B2B or commercial equipment sales, ideally in fitness, wellness, or related industries is preferred
Comfort with using basic office software to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
