Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Commercial Sales Officer specializing in Mandarin communication. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

1. Managing and developing relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
2. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales growth
3. Handling daily communication, negotiation, and follow-ups with Chinese-speaking customers
4. Preparing and translating sales documents, quotations, and product information into Mandarin when needed
5. Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
6. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions
7. Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular sales reports
8. Supporting sales presentations, meetings, and business visits
9. Ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely response to inquiries
