Role Description

The Commercial/Sales Executive is responsible for driving company revenue by achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients. This role requires a target-driven individual with strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Commercial/Sales will oversee daily sales activities, understand and execute company sales objectives, and actively identify new business opportunities. The role involves canvassing, negotiating with potential customers or partners, analyzing market and sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and complaint handling.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales (experience in Printing/Label/Sticker UV Industry is a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets or strong sales performance history
  • Experienced in preparing sales reports, analyzing trends, and projecting target achievements
  • Proficient in basic office applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting, data analysis, and presentations
  • Target-oriented and result-driven with high motivation
  • Experienced in canvassing to B2B clients
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee sales operations and company sales targets
  • Understand set sales targets, perform task effectively, effciently, and meet all KPIs set by the company
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Analyze the market, competitiors, customers, and sales data to identify opportunities for sales growth
  • Manage customer relationshops and handle customer complaints
  • Approach and acquire potential customers, both B2C and B2B
  • Negotiate to reach agreements with potential customers or partners
