Job Description

Responsibilities
The Commercial Partnership Solutions team at TikTok drives commercial growth by developing scalable, content-driven, and creator-led marketing solutions for brands, agencies, and business partners across Enterprise and SMB segments. The team bridges business objectives with TikTok's ecosystem by combining creators, content, sponsorship opportunities, media products, and platform capabilities into impactful client solutions.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Creator Partnerships, Product Marketing, Operations, and regional teams, the team plays a key role in translating market trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations into compelling commercial offerings that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable commercial partnership and marketing solutions by leveraging TikTok assets, creators, content, media products, and platform capabilities to support client business objectives across Enterprise and SMB segments.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to create customized packages, pitch materials, and integrated marketing solutions that drive revenue growth and client success.
- Lead go-to-market and commercialization strategies for seasonal campaigns, tentpole moments, sponsorships, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Translate market trends, platform insights, creator trends, and consumer behavior into compelling client-facing narratives and commercially viable solutions.
- Drive the adoption and commercialization of TikTok-native assets and products by localizing strategies and solutions based on market needs and client objectives.
- Identify new monetization opportunities across TikTok ecosystem offerings including creator-led campaigns, branded content, sponsorships, livestream commerce, and integrated media solutions.
- Manage end-to-end commercial solution development and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Sales, Creator Partnerships, Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance, client feedback, and market insights to optimize future partnership strategies, product improvements, and commercial offerings.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including brands, agencies, creators, and business partners while contributing to process improvements and scalable commercial frameworks.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years of experience in commercial partnerships, integrated marketing, digital marketing, media sales, brand partnerships, or digital advertising industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, creator economy, social commerce, and platform monetization strategies.
- Experience developing client-facing proposals, commercial packages, pitch presentations, or integrated marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) and commercialization strategies for digital products or marketing solutions.
- Comfortable working with data and insights, with the ability to translate findings into actionable strategies and compelling narratives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Deep curiosity and awareness of digital culture, TikTok trends, creator ecosystem, subcultures, and emerging creative technologies including GenAI solutions.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree; preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- Experience working in technology, digital platform
