About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Manager at Tatler Asia in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing business planning, commercial management, client acquisition, client relations, campaign planning, team management, and contract management on a day-to-day basis.

Members of the Commercial team will be reporting to leaders in Indonesia as well as to the regional business leaders.

Start date : January 2026

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Analytical Skills, Contract Management, and Business Planning abilities
• Strong drive in achieving business goals and objectives.
• A minimum of 8 years experience in relevant commercial roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the luxury or media industry is a plus.
