Commercial Manager - Beauty

• Define sales strategy & and its implementation
• Implement marketing activities in stores and ensure everything runs well
• Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and evaluate all store operational activities including stock and people management.
• Control budget expense effectively

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from any major and reputable university
• At least 5 years of working experience in sales & operation in beauty or luxury goods industry
• Computer literate (MS Office) and fluent in English
• Has trend awareness and passionate about beauty products
• Result oriented, detail, strong interpersonal & leadership skill
