Commercial Manager- based in Indonesia

Morgan McKinley is currently partnering with an established global organisation to hire a Commercial Manager based in Indonesia. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven individual with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Formulate and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, quotations and pricing negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a direct business development or hunting role.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with commodity-related industries would be advantageous.
• Proactive, independent and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
