About the Role
We are seeking high-potential professionals to join our Commercial Management Trainee program, a structured development program designed to prepare future leaders in Sales.
During the program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to daily sales activities, work closely with senior managers, and receive comprehensive on-the-job training. Upon successful completion of the program (approximately 1 year), candidates will be promoted to either Asst Sales Manager, based on performance and educational background.
What will you be doing
As Asst Sales Manager :
- Analyze and map market potential, competitors, and customers to support sales strategies.
- Monitor sales activities periodically to ensure sales strategy implementation, sales target achievement, product sales intensification, and identify the need for corrective action in sales activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in business relationships and purchasing activities to encourage repeat orders and cross-selling.
- Monitor the bidding and negotiation process to ensure pricing is in accordance with procedures and remains competitive.
- Develop the company's marketing network (new leads) to increase potential transactions.
- Negotiate with customers regarding special needs (including price negotiations) to ensure customer needs are accommodated in accordance with company service standards.
What do we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics) with 3.00 of minimum GPA.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with maximum 2 years of working experience as Sales Engineer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, and ability to coordinate across departments.
- High learning agility and strong motivation to follow a structured training program.
- Willing to be placed in all across Indonesia (Batam, Palembang, Cikarang, Karawang, Tangerang, Cilegon, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta).
