  • Manage all corporate legal activities.
  • Provide legal support for corporate operational and business activities.
  • Conduct corporate legal risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review corporate business contracts.
  • Provide legal opinions to management.
  • Manage legal aspects related to investment, mergers and acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law. Min GPA: 3.00/4.00
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate or Commercial Legal.
  • Experienced in handling commercial contracts, tenders, procurement, and corporate legal compliance.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experienced in handling business contracts and corporate legal compliance.
  • Ability to communicate actively in both verbal and written English.
