You will help build and grow the commercial engine of Hadl, working directly with the Founder to turn our AI and data services into real revenue.
Hadl moves quickly and solves hard problems. You will be close to the centre of decisions, new deals, and big ideas - building the commercial motion, not managing one someone else built. We collaborate closely, learn from each other, and keep things open and supportive. No rigid hierarchies here.

About the Role
This role is for someone who is a self starter, hunts responsibility, and wants to own the commercial side of a fast growing AI company. You will find the right buyers, understand what they need, and turn conversations into signed work across our annotation, data, and model development services.
You will build the pipeline, shape how we price and package what we offer, and keep every deal moving from first contact to signature. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the Founder and our technical teams to sell outcomes, not just tasks.

What You'll Do
- Find and reach the right buyers for our annotation, data, and model development services.
- Own the pipeline end to end, from first conversation to signed engagement.
- Understand each client's problem and scope the right solution with our technical teams.
- Shape how we price, package, and present our services so they are easy to buy.
- Turn small pilots into larger, repeatable engagements.
- Draft proposals, follow ups, and clear commercial documents.
- Keep the pipeline, notes, and client information tidy and well structured.
- Follow up relentlessly so nothing slips.
- Coordinate with teams in Indonesia and abroad to deliver what you sell.
- Bring ideas to improve how we win, keep, and grow clients.
What We're Looking For
- Full time availability and based in Jakarta.
- Experience selling B2B services, ideally technical, AI, or data services.
- A track record of closing, or the clear hunger and ability to learn fast.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A self starter who opens doors without waiting to be asked.
- Comfortable building small pilots that grow, rather than chasing one big deal.
- Calm, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities.
- Happy working at high speed in a growing company.
- Confident with productivity and CRM tools.
- Discretion, good judgement, and comfort handling client relationships and private information.
- Someone who enjoys being trusted with meaningful responsibility.
