Support C2C online price tracking by collecting and updating marketplace pricing data based on defined store, SKU, platform, competitor, voucher, and non-voucher tracking scope.
Maintain C2C tracker template in Excel, including price input, SKU-store mapping, competitor benchmark, voucher indication, and basic data quality checking before dashboard refresh.
Assist C2C dashboard update by preparing clean source files, checking refresh readiness, documenting anomalies, and escalating unclear price or data issues to the mentor.
Prepare simple weekly summary of C2C pricing movement, price index highlight, unusual price gap, and key observations to support Commercial Insight and Channel team discussion.
Document C2C working process, tracker definitions, data source location, update steps, validation checklist, and recurring issues to build sustainable handover material for the CI team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate student from Business, Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or other relevant major.
Strong Microsoft Excel skill is required, including basic formula, lookup formula, pivot table, data cleaning, data validation, and structured tracker maintenance.
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when collecting marketplace price data, checking SKU-store mapping, identifying price gaps, and validating unusual data movement.
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplace environment, online pricing, promotion mechanics, voucher/non-voucher price difference, and competitor price monitoring is preferred.
Able to work with routine and repetitive data tasks while maintaining consistency, discipline, and proper documentation of working files, tracker updates, and validation checklist.
Good communication skill, proactive in asking questions, able to escalate data issues clearly, and comfortable coordinating with Commercial Insight team members.
