COMMERCIAL HH OPERATOR - CF LENGKONG

Job Summary**

The Commercial HH Operator at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, located at CF Lengkong, is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of heavy machinery and equipment within our commercial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the facility.

Job Responsibilities**

• Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to, forklifts, excavators, loaders, and other machinery relevant to commercial feed production.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and other goods safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials within the facility and to designated areas, adhering to all safety protocols and site procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify malfunctions, and report maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around machinery.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and achieve production targets.
• Complete daily operational logs and reports accurately.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) operating heavy equipment in a commercial or industrial setting, preferably within feed production or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Valid operator licenses/certifications for relevant heavy equipment (e.g., forklift, excavator) as required by local regulations.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Lengkong area is a plus.
