We are currently supporting a growing FMCG company in hiring a senior Commercial Finance leader to become a strategic business partner for the organization across multi-channel operations.
This is a highly business-facing role with strong exposure to leadership teams across GT, MT, distributor, and key account channels. The position will play a key role in driving sustainable and profitable growth through commercial insights, trade investment evaluation, business performance analysis, and strategic decision support.
The ideal candidate should be commercially sharp, analytical, and comfortable navigating fast-moving business environments with high operational complexity. This role is best suited for candidates coming from Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Sales Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or strategic FP&A backgrounds within FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to leadership stakeholders across multi-channel operations
• Provide financial analysis and commercial recommendations to support business growth and profitability initiatives
• Monitor channel, distributor, account, and product portfolio performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Evaluate pricing strategy, trade spending, promotion effectiveness, and investment returns
• Support commercial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance review processes
• Strengthen financial visibility and support data-driven decision making across the commercial organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and other key business teams
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial finance/business partnering team
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field from a reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Finance, or related functions within FMCG industry
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels
• Experience partnering closely with Commercial or Sales leadership teams
• Strong understanding of distributor management and multi-channel business operations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience leading teams is preferred
