Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor promotion and marketing spending against approved budgets.
  • Reconcile actual spending with approved investment plans and highlight variances.
  • Review, cleanse, and maintain commercial and financial master data to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify data gaps, duplicate records, and inconsistencies across sales, promotion, and marketing databases.
  • Document and streamline end-to-end workflows for promotion and marketing spending requests, approvals, tracking, and settlement.
  • Develop standardized templates, SOPs, and process documentation to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Final year student or fresh graduate majoring Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong Excel capability, including data cleaning, reconciliation, basic formulas, pivot tables, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Good analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify data gaps, duplicate records, inconsistencies, and spending variances.
  • Comfortable preparing trackers, templates, SOP documentation, and simple process flow summaries.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Prior organizational, internship, project, or campus leadership experience is preferred.
