Position : Commercial Finance Analyst (Finance Counsel MCS)
Location : Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) performance for the Medical Care Solutions portfolio.
- Track and analyze Average Selling Price (ASP) trends across products, channels, and key accounts.
- Manage and monitor budget planning, allocation, and tracking for commercial and marketing activities.
- Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support business decisions and growth strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Support commercial excellence initiatives, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct data analysis on sales performance, profitability, and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
- Support forecasting, financial planning, and business reviews with leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost management, and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematic or related fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in finance, commercial finance, business analytics, or financial planning roles.
- Experience in medical device industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Experience with ASP tracking, pricing analysis, and commercial performance evaluation.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Good in English, both written and spoken.
