Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies across Rooms, Group, Conference & Events (GCE), Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Spa to maximize revenue, market share, profitability, and overall business performance.
Partner with General Managers and Finance teams to align commercial initiatives with business objectives, optimize profitability, and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
Lead revenue management through pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and performance analysis to maximize revenue opportunities across all business segments.
Collaborate with property and regional Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and Public Relations teams to strengthen brand presence, drive demand, and achieve commercial objectives.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and strategic partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and applicable industry regulations.
Foster a high-performing commercial team through leadership, coaching, accountability, performance management, and continuous development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline. A master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the hotel industry, with proven leadership experience in a 5-star luxury hotel.
Experienced in developing and presenting strategic business initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record in driving revenue and market growth within the luxury hospitality segment.
Demonstrated analytical abilities in interpreting financial data and delivering strategic and operational decisions.
Hands-on experience managing operations within complex, multi-property hospitality or travel industry operations.
Broad exposure to cross-functional areas, including Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Indonesia languages is required
